Gang members caught with weapons, drugs at Fresno home

Two men were arrested Friday in southeast Fresno after police said they were found with boxes of ammunition and a semi-auto blank-firing replica handgun.

Police searched a house in the 3000 block of East Iowa Avenue and found the weapons along with cellphones, a small amount of cash and crystal methamphetamine.

Alfred Ballesteros and Nicholas Gutierrez were both arrested on multiple drug- and weapon-related charges, police said.

Both claim affiliation with the Bulldog gang, police said.
