Fresno HEAT Team returns father and son’s stolen Chevy

A father and son’s prized muscle car, a 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle stolen on Aug. 10, was found Friday in east-central Fresno.

Owner Bobby Martin bought the car for his 15-year-old son, Nicholas, a year ago, investing $10,000 in the restoration.

Fresno HEAT served a warrant at a business near Floradora and Dearing avenues Friday afternoon, locating the stolen Chevelle, along with another stolen vehicle and a small marijuana growing site.
