Unresponsive 3-year-old found in indoor swimming pool, Clovis police investigating

Clovis police responded to a 911 call around noon Thursday for an unresponsive 3-year-old boy found in an indoor pool at Swim America in the 1200 block of Willow Avenue.

Clovis Police Department spokeswoman Janet Stoll-Lee said officers helped administer CPR on the boy until he was transported to St. Agnes Medical Center. The child was moved to Valley Children’s Hospital. He is alive, but his condition is not known.

No other information was immediately available. Stoll-Lee said the event is under investigation.
