Detectives arrived and searched the neighborhood for surveillance video and any witnesses. Detectives recovered the girl’s phone for forensic analysis.

Temoxtle was arrested by the Internet Crimes Against Children unit on felony charges, including distributing or showing pornography to a minor, annoying a child under 18, and false imprisonment.

Temoxtle was booked into the Fresno County Jail. His bail is set at $30,000. The investigation is ongoing.
