Fresno police Lt. Henry Garcia III said officers responded to the scene and found a man with a gunshot wound to the upper body.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, Garcia said.

Police have yet to determine the cause of the fight. Detectives are investigating and searching for surveillance cameras, Garcia said.

Officers are also interviewing witnesses in an effort to establish a motive.
