Parole officer arrested in Fresno for alleged DUI crash and child endangerment
A parole officer was arrested for allegedly driving while drunk in Fresno following a crash that ended with injuries, police confirmed Tuesday.
Jonathan Eric Renshaw, 52, was driving about 6:15 p.m. Friday near Shields and Armstrong avenues when he crashed into another car, police said.
Few details were immediately available about what occurred during the crash.
Police said Renshaw was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI with injury, causing great bodily injury and child endangerment.
He was no longer in custody, Fresno County Jail records showed on Tuesday.
Renshaw is parole officer in the Fresno area who works for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. The agency did not immediately return a request for comment.
