Man shot and killed in Cutler

A man was shot and killed Thursday evening in Cutler in what is described as possibly gang-related, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department said.

The sheriff’s said the man, identified as Frank Rodriguez, was shot just after 6 p.m. on Avenue 404, a residential street just south of Cutler School. He died at the scene.

No other details were immediately available.
