Visalia man sentenced for burglary, stalking, and resisting arrest
A Visalia man was sentenced Thursday to seven years in state prison for first-degree burglary, felony stalking, and resisting arrest, officials with the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office said.
Albert Hernandez, 53, pleaded guilty to the charges on June 23. Hernandez violated a restraining order Feb. 28 by entering the home of a woman he had been harassing.
