Two arrested in Fresno after man spots his stolen car
After a man saw someone driving his stolen Camaro Tuesday in northwest Fresno, he called police, leading officers to a home near West Herndon Avenue and the San Joaquin River, where a man and a woman were arrested.
Detective Heywood Irving identified the pair as Paul Schwarzkopf and Sarah Avedisian. Irving said that a search of the home where the two resided, on North Debra and West El Paso avenues, uncovered two stolen shotguns, two BB guns and other property taken in a burglary near Marks and Alluvial avenue.
Schwarzkopf and Avedisian were booked on allegations of burglary and possession of stolen property.
