Three Valley men found guilty on federal firearms charges
Two men from Fresno and a Modesto man were sentenced on federal firearms charges, U.S. Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner said Monday.
Juan Valenzuela, 34, Fresno was sentenced to three years in prison for possessing a firearm after a conviction for a domestic violence misdemeanor.
Anthony Rodriguez, 32, Modesto, was sentenced to four years in prison for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Ernie Rodriguez, 39, Fresno, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. His sentencing is set for Oct. 13.
