Three teenagers were arrested in Visalia on Saturday night after shooting at rival gang members on Houston Avenue near Court Street, hospitalizing two, Sgt. Curtis Brown said.
Johnny Ramirez, 18, Anthony Ontiveros, 19, and Ricardo Romero, 18, were arrested after police say Ramirez approached a Visalia home and opened fire. All three ran after the shooting but were quickly captured.
