Bulldog gang member will face murder charges
A Bulldog gang member arrested June 26 on suspicion of shooting another man at a southeast Fresno party will face murder charges, police said.
Lt. Mark Salazar said that Sebastian Gonzales, 21, shot and killed Andrew Tristan, 21, and wounded an unidentified 15-year-old boy just before 1 a.m. on June 14. Gonzales and Tristan had a history together, Salazar said, and the shooting occurred after the two fought each other at the party.
The boy was hospitalized for a week at Community Regional Medical Center and released.
Gonzales is a known gang member and is on probation for domestic violence, Salazar said.
On Thursday, the Fresno County District Attorney’s office filed murder charges against Gonzales.
