Update: Fresno coroner names motorist shot to death by man on bike
The Fresno County Coroner Monday identified Richard Flores, 51, of Selma as the driver who was shot and killed by a bicyclist Thursday night.
The shooting took place in the central part of Selma. Police reported that the victim, later identified as Flores, was near Arrants and C streets when the man on a bicycle chased his car and shot out a window. Officers next received a call from a hospital where the driver sought aid and died a short time later.
