A man sought by Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies because he did not update his sex offender registry, as required yearly in California, was identified Tuesday as Charles Sneed.

Sheriff’s spokesman Tony Botti said Sneed, 33, was convicted of lewd or lascivious acts with a child. His last address was in the 36000 block of Hawthorne Lane in Squaw Valley.

Sneed is described as 5’8”, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo above his right eyebrow of the name “Sarhya.”
