Tulare detectives arrest man who allegedly sent obscene images to teen, 14
Tulare County Sheriff’s deputies Monday reported the arrest of a Pixley man accused of attempting to meet a 14-year-old girl after sending obscene photos of himself through the Internet.
Ricardo Olmos, 26, was booked on $100,000 bail.
