Sheriff’s detectives investigating fatal hit and run

Fresno County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a fatal hit and run early Monday that claimed the life of Gary Banks, 30.

Banks, a Kingsburg resident, was found by police in the road a little after midnight at Clarkson Avenue and 12th Avenue. Police Tuesday turned the investigation over to the sheriff’s office.
