24-year-old Fresno man shot to death near San Joaquin River, police say
A 24-year-old Fresno man was shot to death Monday in a lookout area near the San Joaquin River in northwest Fresno.
He was identified Tuesday by the Fresno County Coroner as Brandyn Harris.
According to Sgt. Jennifer Horsford, officers received reports of shots fired in the area of Milburn and Alluvial avenues around 2:30 p.m. Officers arrived and found Harris with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Fresno police reported no other new details Tuesday.
