Three arrested after multiple burglaries in southwest Fresno

Two people are in custody following 10 commercial burglaries in southwest Fresno, where thousands of dollars of cash, lottery tickets and cigarettes were stolen, police say.

Arrested were Oswaldo Vidrio, 38, and Graciela Corona, 25. Still sought is Juan Carlos Corona, 29.

The burglaries took place over a 30-day period at stores in the area, police say.

Detectives served search warrants in the 200 block of Fresno Street, the 100 block of West Valencia Avenue and the 100 block of El Dorado Avenue, and recovered evidence connected to the burglaries along with as a .22 caliber handgun.
