Porterville man arrested for indecent exposure – again. 10-year-old girl reported him

A Porterville man who police say has previously been arrested for indecent exposure was arrested March 18 after a 10-year-old girl reported that he exposed himself from a window in his home.
He was identified as Geronimo Filbert Sierra, 69.
The incident took place in the 1800 block of West Wall Avenue in the West Porterville neighborhood. Police said the report was corroborated during a follow-up investigation.
Sierra, a registered sex offender with previous convictions for indecent exposure and attempted rape, was booked into jail.
