A registered sex offender from Fresno landed behind bars again after investigators found suspected child pornography at his home, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Louie Seja, 29, was arrested Thursday at his home in southeast Fresno following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, deputies said in the statement.

Sheriff’s detectives, working with the Central California Internet Crimes against Children Task Force, collected electronic devices from Seja’s home that contained numerous sexually explicit photos, many of which showed babies and toddlers being abused, according to the release. He was booked into the Fresno County Jail with bail set at $20,000 and remained in custody Monday morning.

Seja was arrested on similar charges in 2015 and spent more than seven months in custody. He was also required to register as a sex offender.

The investigation is ongoing while forensic analysis is done on the seized devices.

Anyone with information about Seja is asked to contact Sgt. Jeff Kertson at 559-600-8144 or the Sheriff’s Dispatch Center at 559-600-3111. To remain anonymous, you can contact Crime Stoppers at 559-498-7867 or valleycrimestoppers.org.
