Three suspects robbed WalMart in Fresno, police say
Three people were arrested Saturday after police said they robbed a Walmart in central Fresno.
Police said Larone Thomas Deramus, 19, Melvin Griddine, 18, and a 17-year-old juvenile brandished replica firearms while robbing the Walmart near Ashlan and Blackstone avenues.
The suspects then fled on foot, police said.
The robbery happened at 2 p.m. Saturday, but the suspects were found a few hours later near First Street and Gettysburg Avenue, police said.
The three suspects were taken into custody and one replica firearm was recovered, police said.
