Woman arrested after swinging aluminum pipe at employee
A woman was arrested Saturday after she chased an employee in a Porterville business while swinging an aluminum pipe, police said.
At 7:24 a.m., police went to a business at the 100 Block of South E. Street after reports of suspect Makhi Thompson O’Neil, 28, of Porterville, allegedly refusing to leave, police said in a news release.
While officers were responding to the scene, Thompson O’Neil grabbed an aluminum pipe and started chasing one of the employees, and swinging the pipe at him.
The employee was not injured, police said.
Thompson O’Neil was arrested without incident.
