Fresno police traffic stop nets gang member with gun

A TRG gang member was arrested with a loaded Glock 9 mm handgun Sunday night in central Fresno, Sgt. James Fowler said.

The incident took place about 11:30 p.m. at Rowell and Olive avenues when Violent Crime Impact Team members made a traffic stop on a car with defective lighting, Fowler said. The driver had a suspended license, so the car was impounded and the Glock was discovered in the vehicle. Officers learned after questioning the occupants that the weapon belonged to gang member Raymond Guido. He was booked on charges of carrying a concealed weapon.
