A Fresno jewelry store was robbed. Police are looking for seven people. And a baby.
Six women, a man and a baby are suspected of teaming to rob a Fresno store of gold merchandise Saturday afternoon.
The group apparently was able to distract the owner of the jewelry store, at North Marks and West Shaw avenues, and one of the women then stole merchandise from a safe.
All seven, as well as the baby, managed to flee.
Surveillance video shows the group milling about the store.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call Detective Irving at 559-621-6545 or Crime Stoppers at 559-498-7867.
The vehicle used was a van, possibly a Dodge Caravan, with paper license plates and damage to the driver’s side.
