Police are seeking a man caught on video stealing tools from PG&E vehicles
The Fresno Police Department is asking for help to identify a man suspected of stealing about $7,000 of tools and equipment from Pacific Gas and Electric vehicles.
Surveillance cameras captured video on Dec. 4 of a man using a crowbar to pry open locked tool boxes on four vehicles in a storage yard near Maple and Belmont avenues, the police department said.
