Visalia police officers arrived at a house Wednesday afternoon to find something they probably don’t see every day – a Chevy truck submerged in a backyard pool.

Police say the white truck burst through the fence and crashed into the pool in the 2100 block of South Woodland Avenue around 3:40 p.m.

By the time officers arrived, the driver had already fled.

The investigation is ongoing as police try to find who was driving and how the crash happened.
