Former Visalia school janitor sentenced for molesting 7 girls on campus
A former Visalia school janitor was sentenced Thursday to 40 years in prison for molesting seven girls on campus, the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office said.
Antonio Cordova, 35, of Dinuba, pleaded no contest on June 16 to 17 felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 14.
The district attorney’s office said that between Feb. 28, 2009 and Feb. 26, 2013, while Cordova was employed as a janitor at Oak Grove Elementary School, he sexually assaulted seven girls ages 6 to 10.
Cordova was ordered to pay restitution to his victims and will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
