Man is hospitalized after he’s shot in Visalia
One man was hospitalized after Visalia police found him with a gunshot wound early Sunday morning, police said.
According to Visalia Police Department, officers were sent to the 100 block of West Perez Avenue just after midnight after receiving reports of a shooting in the area.
Arriving officers found a 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his lower abdomen.
The victim was transported to Kaweah Delta Hospital with a non-lethal wounds.
The shooting remains under investigation, Visalia police said.
