He was carrying a crank pipe and 10 grams of meth

Fresno police investigating reports of gambling, prostitution, and narcotics sales in the 200 block of North Blackstone Avenue Monday arrested Shane Presho, 43, on charges of possession of narcotics for sale.

Cpl. Alfonso Castillo reported that Presho was in possession of 10 grams of methamphetamine. The arrest took place after police received a Crime Stoppers tip about the illegal activity.
