Shooting injures man near downtown Fresno
A Fresno man was shot early Wednesday near downtown Fresno, police report.
The shooting was reported at 12:27 a.m. Wednesday near Belmont Avenue and Second Street.
Lt. Mark Hudson said the man was shot in the upper right arm and chest area by an unknown person. The victim took himself to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.
