Police heard someone say ‘You wanna get stabbed?’ Then they moved in
Four alleged Bulldog gang members from Coalinga are under arrest for a middle-of-the-night stabbing in Lemoore, police said.
No one died, but it’s a case of attempted murder, police said.
About 2 a.m. Sunday, police responded to the 100 block of Skaggs Street. An officer heard someone say, “You wanna get stabbed?” and a fight erupted in front of home as police got there.
People ran, but police surrounded the area.
A 26-year-old northern gang member was found with injuries, lacerations and two puncture wounds and taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia for treatment. His name was not released.
Lemoore police were joined by the Kings County Gang Task Force. Based on information at the scene, they obtained a search warrant, raided a home in the same block and arrested four people.
Arrested were Shaun Rector, 18, Daniel Sanchez, 32, and Tres Tadlock 21. All were booked into the Kings County Jail in lieu of $575,000 bail each for charges of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury and gang enhancement.
A 17-year-old boy was taken to the Kings County Juvenile Hall and is being held without bail.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Lemoore police at 559-924-5333 or 559-924-9574.
