Police arrest stolen car driver at Manchester Center

A stolen 1999 Honda was recovered and 22-year-old Nicholas Herrera was arrested Monday after police spotted the car at West Griffith Way and North Tielman Avenue.

Sgt. Doug Goertzen said detectives were alerted to the car and began surviellance when they witnessed a suspect drive away in it. Herrera was detained at the Manchester shopping center. Herrera was booked into the Fresno County Jail on auto theft charges and for a felony domestic violence warrant.
