Intoxicated man accused of assaulting girlfriend with firearm
A Tulare man was arrested Saturday morning after police said he assaulted his girlfriend in northeast Tulare, Tulare Police said.
Joe Antonio Mora, 31, came home early Saturday morning intoxicated and assaulted his girlfriend using a firearm, police said.
Police are still investigating the incident.
