Visalia car burglary suspect caught by owner, arrested by police
A woman was arrested in Visalia after the owner of the car she allegedly stole followed her and called police Thursday night.
Police say Pamela Malone, 31, was followed to an area of North Court Street by the owner of the car she was driving.
The owner called police around 8 p.m. and said a woman was driving his car. When police arrived to the area, Malone had already ran off before police found her and arrested her.
Malone was identified as the suspect by the owner and she was booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility.
