Man dies in single-vehicle accident near Woodlake
A man who died in a single-vehicle accident near Woodlake has been identified as Ricardo Ramirez Hernandez, 20, of Woodlake, the Tulare County Coroner’s Office said.
About 4 p.m. Wednesday, Hernandez was driving a 2001 Ford Expedition east on Millwood Drive near Road 188 when he lost control and collided with a large citrus tree, causing the SUV to overturn and land on the roof.
The CHP said it’s unknown how fast he was driving or why the vehicle went off the road.
