Out & About: The Big Book Sale at Sierra Vista Mall

The Friends of the Fresno County Public Library is holding the 6th annual Big Book Sale Aug. 17-21 in two retail spaces near Kohl’s in Sierra Vista Mall. The annual fundraiser helps support library branches across the county. While members of the nonprofit group shopped on Wednesday, the public is invited to shop the sale Thursday through Sunday. On the last day of the sale, shoppers can fill up a bag with as many books as it could hold and pay just $5.
