Out & About: Organic Stone Fruit Jubilee at Mokichi Okada Association Oasis Garden
Lovers of peaches, nectarines, plums, pluots and other stone fruits gathered June 25 at a farm in Clovis to celebrate the summer’s selection. Attendees could try more than 50 samples of their favorite fruits at various booths set up by different local farms throughout the event. Crafters and food trucks also sold their goods, including a plethora of stone fruit-infused meals, beverages and more. Children were invited to paint flower pots and create corn husk dolls.
