Out & About: Big Hat Half Marathon

Runners hit the streets of Clovis, beginning in Old Town, for the inaugural Big Hat Half, a 13.1-mile run benefitting Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center. Martin Ramirez, 23, of Selma won the Feb. 21 race, which saw 1,005 finishers, with a time of 1:14:49. The first woman to cross the finish line was Anna Frank, 33, of Bakersfield, in a time of 1:21:30. See more results at www.bighathalf.com.
