Crab feed to benefit Clovis North Wind Ensemble

Tickets are on sale for an all-you-can-eat crab feed that will raise money to send local band students to a prestigious music forum in Indiana.

The 46 students who make up the Clovis North Wind Ensemble were chosen to perform at the national Music For All forum in Indianapolis, Indiana, in March.

To cover the students’ traveling expenses, student and parent volunteers will host a dinner, dance and silent auction in the Clovis Veterans Memorial District building on Friday, Feb. 26.

The silent auction will begin at 6 p.m. All-you-can-eat crab and Dicicco’s pasta, salad and bread will be served at 7:30 p.m., followed by a live band and dancing. There will also be a no-host bar.

Casual attire is recommended. Individual tickets are $50 each and reserved tables of eight are $400. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.

Tickets can be purchased online at tinyurl.com/crabfeedcnec. Payment can also be mailed to Crab Feed, 1559 E. Houston Ave, Fresno, CA 93720. Tickets must be purchased by Feb. 18. Details: Cynthia Harris at harriskc1999@gmail.com or (559) 289-9869.
