Out & About: Big Brothers Big Sisters Book Drive

Barnes & Noble hosted a book drive for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California to build a small library for the nonprofit organization that mentors children. Miss Fresno County Keri Allred, a Clovis resident, organized the event and showed up Nov. 13 in her crown for a princess-themed craft party. Book donations were accepted and a portion of the proceeds from books sold were also donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters.
