JCPenney at Fashion Fair: 3 a.m. Friday

JCPenney: All other Valley stores open at 4 a.m. Friday

Kmart: 5 a.m. Friday

Sierra Vista Mall: All stores open by 6 a.m. Friday, with some opening at 4 a.m.

Other shopping events

Small Business Saturday follows Black Friday. The campaign, sponsored by American Express, encourages people to shop at small businesses on Saturday.

This Monday is Cyber Monday, the day when online retailers typically offer deep discounts for online shoppers. Thirty-nine percent of shoppers plan to shop online that day, according to a PriceGrabber survey.
