CCSPCA to hold Labor Day adoption event at local pet stores
The Central California Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is holding an adoption promotion on Labor Day weekend, the CCSPCA said.
Saturday through Monday, dogs will cost $99 and cats will cost $59 to adopt. The adoptions will include a spay/neuter, Fresno city dog license, vaccinations, dewormer, flea/tick preventative, vet exam and microchip.
The promotion is available at the CCSPCA adoption center as well as all off-site adoption locations from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., including:
- Petsmart on Shaw and Valentine avenues – Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Petco in Madera – Saturday and Sunday
- Petco on Herndon Avenue and Highway 99 – Saturday and Sunday
- PetSmart on Herndon and Willow avenues – Sunday
Adoptable cats and dogs can be viewed online at www.ccspca.com or at the adoption center at 103 S. Hughes Ave. in Fresno.
