New Fresno County assistant assessor-recorder is named

JoAnn Ebisuda has been named assistant assessor-recorder by Fresno County Assessor-Recorder Paul Dictos.

Ebisuda, 49, a native of Reedley, began working in the assessor-recorder’s office in 2001 as an appraiser and was promoted to senior appraiser in 2008.

She has an associate’s degree from Kings River Community College (now Reedley College) and a bachelor of science degree from the University of San Francisco in accounting and finance.

Dictos said Ebisuda will help in technology updates that will improve efficiency in his departments.

Ebisuda replaces Timothy Leming, who retired this year.
