Fresno County invites public to Mental Health Services Act meetings

Fresno County is inviting the public to help plan how it will spend millions in funds from the Mental Health Services Act, a tax California places on millionaires that pays for services and programs.

People interested in participating in the Mental Health Services Act Community Planning process are invited to the following meetings:

▪ Aug. 11, 5-7 p.m., Clovis Veterans Memorial Auditorium, 808 Fourth St.;

▪ Aug. 12, 1:30-3:30 p.m., Fresno Holistic Center, 4879 E. Kings Canyon Road;

▪ Aug. 16, 2:30-4:30 p.m., Selma Regional Center, 3800 McCall Ave.;

▪ Aug. 18, 2:30-4:30 p.m., Blue Sky Wellness Center, 1617 E. Saginaw Way, No. 108, Fresno;

▪ Aug. 23, 3-5 p.m., First 5 Fresno County, 2405 Tulare St., Fresno;

▪ Aug. 24, 3-5 p.m., West Side Church of God, 1424 W. California Ave., Fresno;

▪ Aug. 25, 1:30-3:30 p.m., Kerman Community Center, 15101 W. Kearney Blvd.;

▪ Aug. 30, 3-5 p.m., Reedley Community Center, 100 N. East Ave.
