Kaiser Permanente Fresno offering free classes to the public
Kaiser Permanente Fresno is offering two free health and wellness classes in June in northwest Fresno.
Kaiser Permanente Fresno said the the Quit Tobacco Workshop on June 9 from 10-11 a.m. will cover strategies to help quit tobacco and stay smoke-free, and the Rethink Your Drink Workshop on June 18 from 10-11 a.m. will cover health problems associated with sugary drinks and offer alternatives to sugary drinks.
Both classes will be taught by health educators with Kaiser Permenente Fresno and will take place at its Shop KP storefront at 3676 W. Shaw Ave. in northwest Fresno.
