Saint Agnes Medical Center has received a gift of over $208,000 from the Saint Agnes Men’s Club to benefit 16 hospital programs and services.

Hospital President and CEO Nancy Hollingsworth accepted the donation at the Men’s Club Mercedes-Benz of Fresno Casino Night fundraiser on May 21. The gift is a result of the club’s 2015 fundraising efforts.

“Our special thanks to everyone who contributed to or participated in the Men’s Club’s fundraisers, which support vital patient care services and outreach programs,” Hollingsworth said. “We’re very blessed to have dedicated volunteers helping us fulfill our commitment to the community in providing access to quality, compassionate care.”

The donation will provide new equipment, additional funding for community benefit and outreach programs, more supplies and resource materials for patients and their family members, and funds for hospital expansion and renovation projects.

Saint Agnes Men’s Club has generated more than $3 million to support patient care services and community outreach programs at the Fresno hospital since 1983.
