2 die after car crashes into fence near Fowler

A single-car crash north of Fowler before dawn Friday has left two people dead.

According to California Highway Patrol reports, the car was found crashed into a fence near Fowler and American avenues about 4 a.m. The car burst into flames soon after the crash.

No other information was immediately available.
