Fire burns through southeast Fresno home

A fire broke out in a southeast Fresno home on Monday afternoon, the Fresno Fire Department said.

Firefighters got to the scene around 4:40 p.m. in the area of California Avenue and Golden State Boulevard.

The fire was contained by more than 40 firefighters who were on scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. There were no injuries reported.
