Babies to be laid to rest at Fresno cemetery

A nonprofit organization providing dignified burials for abandoned and unidentified Fresno County children is preparing for its next burial service on May 7 in Fresno.

Garden of Innocence will bury 14 babies at 10 a.m. at Mountain View Cemetery on 1411 W. Belmont Ave., volunteer Jennifer Donnelly said. The public is encouraged to attend and help lay the babies to rest.
