10-year-old author’s book tour planned for Fresno libraries

A 10-year-old author who chronicles life with a twin brother diagnosed with Down syndrome is expected to make two appearance at Fresno libraries.

The Fresno County Library announced Samuel De La Cerda, 10, will be touring to speak about “Am I Invisible,” his new book.

The Fresno author will be at the Betty Rodriguez Regional Library on Sunday at 2 p.m. and at the Woodward Park Regional Library on May 11 at 3:30 p.m.

The library hopes many come out to learn more about the syndrome and meet the person behind the book.

For more information on this and future events, visit the Fresno County Library website or call 559-600-7323.
